How do I unlock everything?

Open the app, tap the unlock card, and complete the one-time purchase. There's no subscription — once you buy it, it's yours forever.

I bought it but it's locked on my new phone.

On the unlock screen, tap Restore purchase while signed in to the same Apple ID (or Google account) you bought it with. Your purchase will come right back.

How do I change my child's name or the reading voice?

Tap the greeting on the home screen to change the name. Open the Parent Dashboard to switch between the boy and girl voice anytime.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Readlings works fully offline — perfect for the car, a plane, or anywhere.

Is my child's information safe?

Completely. We collect nothing, and everything stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google. You can request a refund through Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or the Google Play Store.
